(i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy any product and/or service

(ii) you watched all the videos (if applicable) to understand how set up each strategy and/or indicator 

(iii) you will use the strategy and/or indicator on simulated or paper accounts only

(iv) you have reviewed and fully understand the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Disclosures provided on the mbtradingsystems.com website

(v) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase or subscribe to a product or service when you complete the check-out payment process

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the website. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. If your order is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

 

Subscription Billing Method

Monthly and annual subscriptions will be billed to your payment account or withdrawn from your account during each Billing Cycle (monthly or annually) until the Service is cancelled. Charges for monthly and annual subscriptions are not refundable once billed. Monthly and annual subscriptions will automatically renew unless you notify us that you want to terminate your service 5 days before your next billing cycle. Exchange fees are never prorated during a billing cycle. Termination of your access to the Service will take effect on the first day of the next Billing Cycle. NOTE THAT SUBSCRIPTION PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME. ANY CHANGES WILL BE EFFECTIVE THE FOLLOWING MONTH OF CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION.

TRIALS:

MB Trading Systems may, from time to time, offer trial periods (“Trial Offer”) for a period of seven (7) up to thirty (30) days, from the moment that you active such trial period by submitting your payment details (“Trial Period”).  By submitting your payment details, you (i) accept the Trial Offer; (ii) consent to us using your payment details in accordance with our Privacy Policy; (iii) acknowledge and agree to MB Trading Systems Terms.

By signing up for a Trial Offer, your PayPal Account, credit card, and/or any applicable payment account will automatically be charged the relevant trial price as advertised.  If you decide that you do not want to continue and purchase a Subscription, you may cancel your subscription from within your dashboard or by emailing you cancelation request to mbtradingsystems@gmail.com.

You must cancel your Trial Offer the day before the Trial Period ends.  If you do not cancel by 5PM EST the day the Trial Period ends, you may automatically become an active subscriber, and the payment account you provided will automatically be charged the Subscription Fee for the Subscription associated with the Trial Offer.

Trial Offers are limited to one per member unless otherwise invited via email or phone to participate in an additional Trial Offer.

​

Once you are an active subscriber, your account will be renewed either monthly or for the appropriate renewal period, depending on your subscription.  If you wish to cancel your subscription after the Trial Period, you may do so from within your dashboard or by emailing you cancelation request to mbtradingsystems@gmail.com.

DELIVERY POLICY

1. After your purchase, you will receive a link to download the file in an email.

2. Once you receive the email and download the file, the purchaser will need to provide their Machine ID for proper installation of a strategy or indicator. You will need to look up your Machine ID in NinjaTrader and email the ID to mbtradingsystems@gmail.com. Please allow up to 48-72 hours for activation.

REFUNDS POLICY

Once delivery is completed, all sales become final and no refund will be issued.

 

NO WARRANTY

MB Trading Systems provides the Services on a commercially reasonable basis and does not guarantee that you will be able to access or use the Services at times or locations of your choosing, or that MB Trading Systems will have adequate capacity for the Services as a whole or in any specific geographical location.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.  You agree that from time to time we may remove the Services for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Services at any time, without notice to you.
